Krämer Anlagen kommen in Prozessen zum Einsatz, in denen geschnitten, gestanzt, gefräst,
gehobelt wird und bei denen es zu unterschiedlichen Abfallarten während des Prozesses kommt: von Staub über Randstreifen und Papier- und Folienresten bis hin zu Stanzgittern und
Kartonageabfälle
Vor jeder Investitionsentscheidung in eine Absaug- und Entsorgungsanlage stehen viele Fragen, wie etwa: Was genau brauche ich? Wie ist das Strömungsverhalten meines Abfalls? Wie gut nutzbar ist die Anlage für unterschiedlichen Lastanfall? Wie gut ist die Anlage erweiterbar für zukünftige Bedarfe? Erst wenn diese und andere Fragen beantwortet sind, kann die Entscheidung zur Investition kommen.
Bei guter Planung und Vorbereitung kann der Einbau einer neuen Absauganlage im laufenden
Betrieb stattfinden. Allerdings hängt es nicht nur von guter Planung ab, sondern auch von den
räumlichen Bedingungen und dem gesamten Maschinenpark, mit dem die Anlage verbunden
werden muss. Sollte eine Unterbrechung der Produktion unbedingt nötig sein, sind wir so schnell, dass diese Unterbrechung so kurz wie möglich ist.
